Terms and conditions
All vehicles sold and being delivered to customers must have a valid road fund licence on the vehicle. This can be obtained prior to collection subject to additional cost and insurance certificate
Before a vehicle is released Highland Car Company must be in receipt of full cleared funds.
We always encourage all of our customers to view and test drive their chosen vehicle before committing to a purchase
Driving licence must be provided before a demonstration drive can be permitted, otherwise only Highland Car Company staff will be allowed to drive.
Personal cheques will be accepted but please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to clear.
Where we are unable to prove a vehicles mileage by VOSA MOT history, a signed declaration from the previous owner or service history it must be presumed that the mileage on the vehicle is incorrect and can not be relied upon as accurate.
The majority of cars come with a 2 month parts and labour warranty which is subject to a £200 single claim limit. Multiple claims are allowered but subject to £200 on 1 claim. These can be upgraded at aditional cost. Please ask for full terms and conditions. Any warranty supplied by Highland car company is in addition to your consumer rights and does not effect your statutary rights.
